Q: Please give us a brief description of your previous role(s).	I joined The Standard Chartered Private Bank from within the Bank. My previous roles included a Cluster Head/Investment Advisor, Wealth Management, Consumer Banking. I started my career with Standard Chartered Bank, in July 2001 and have managed several roles in the interim and in April 2006, I was promoted to the role of a Cluster Head for Investments Services. My team consisted of four Investment Advisors reporting into me. It was a dual role involving personal sales and team sales management.



Q: What made you join The Standard Chartered Private Bank?	The Standard Chartered Private Bank offered me a great challenge. Taking up that challenge and growing along with it was what excited me.



Q: What positive experiences have you had since joining the Private Bank?	It´s been a very enriching experience. I have had the privilege to build and cultivate relationships with my clients.

Q: What advice would you give to colleagues who are looking to change roles across functions / geographies?	It will be a steep learning curve but you will learn something new and benefit from it every day.



Q: How do you see the future with The Standard Chartered Private Bank?	I believe that our future is bright and I am glad to be a part of it. We are in the business to succeed and be amongst the Top 3 Private Banks in the year 2010.
