Q: Please give us a brief description of your previous role(s).	I started at Standard Chartered in 2005 as a DSR Compliance Officer, supporting the Wealth Management team. I joined The Private Bank´s Compliance team in February 2008, working on Sales Governance, Implementation and Assurance of DSR Internal Control Standards.



Q: What made you join The Standard Chartered Private Bank?	The Standard Chartered Private Bank is open minded, welcoming and places an emphasis on an individual´s development and the community.



Q: What positive experiences have you had since joining the Private Bank?	I have enjoyed great teamwork and opportunities to work with colleagues across the Bank.



Q: In joining The Standard Chartered Private Bank, what professional opportunities were made available to you that may not have available in your previous role(s)?	The Private Bank offers an avenue for training and development. It is also based on a solution and advisory approach where individuals are encouraged to innovate and contribute actively and appreciated for their work.



Q: How do you see the future with The Standard Chartered Private Bank?	I believe I have immense opportunities to learn on my job in my current role. I am exploring options within the Bank and will consider opportunities in Relationship Management or Training and Development to gain new experiences and insights into Private Banking.
