Q: Please give us a brief description of your previous role(s).
In my previous role I was a Private Banker based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, covering the local market. In 2007, I was transferred to the Miami office where I continue to be part of the Private Banking group.
Q: What made you join The Standard Chartered Private Bank?
I became a part of the Standard Chartered Group in 2008 as part of a business acquisition. It was an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, and very successful, bank with a focus on the world’s growth markets.
Q: What positive experiences have you had since joining the Private Bank?
I have enjoyed introducing clients to the range of products and services available at Standard Chartered Bank. It has also been terrific meeting people from throughout the Bank, who hail from all parts of the world.
Q: What advice would you give to colleagues who are looking to change roles across functions/geographies?
Standard Chartered offers excellent opportunities for anyone interested in an international assignment.
Q: How do you see the future with The Standard Chartered Private Bank?
I am very excited at the prospect of achieving personal and professional growth in this burgeoning line of business for the Bank.
